The owners of this home have been coming to Waihi Beach from a very young age. Now they have there own children they wanted to create a space that they could all reside and make memories in for years to come.
The brief for this home was to be beachy, practical, architecturally interesting but also homely and a place that encourages you to relax and drop your shoulders as you walk in the door.
The use of soft whites, earthy wood tones, stone tile, fine details and touches of duck egg throughout were used in each space to create a cohesive look but also to help frame the windows throughout as each area of the home looks onto the Waihi beach landscape.
