Nestled in the heart of Point Chev, Auckland, this home was purchased with the intent to renovate and create a space perfectly suited for its new dwellers. An extra wing was added, expanding the lounge, kitchen, and dining areas to offer more room for both sleeping and relaxing. The original villa’s charming structure was preserved, with its timeless character features thoughtfully retained and enhanced throughout. In contrast, the new extension showcases clean lines and modern architectural elements, offering a sophisticated yet seamless blend of classic and contemporary design. The result is a home that feels both welcoming and spacious, with a sense of history and modern comfort intertwined effortlessly.
